Frequently Asked Questions

Can kids attend?

Yes! Kids 10 and under (at the time of the event) will be admitted free of charge. Kids 11 and older will be required to have a standard ticket for admission.

Where are my tickets?

Tickets will be sent electronically via email approx. 3 days prior to the date of the event.

What if it rains?

Meadowlark will be held “rain or shine” – but in the event of dangerous weather conditions, performances may be temporarily postponed. If rain seems likely, we recommend bringing an umbrella or suitable rain gear.

What food and drink options will be available?

Our venue (Stone Ridge Orchard) will be supplying food and beverages from staffed bars and food trucks. The menu will include wood-fired pizza, BBQ, burgers, and tex-mex (tacos, burritos, quesadillas). Vegan and gluten-free options will be available. Beverage options include award-winning homemade ciders from apples grown at Stone Ridge Orchard and its affiliated orchards (including Breezy Hill Orchard), local beers, wine, spirits, and various non-alcoholic beverages (non-alcoholic ciders, iced teas, bottled water, etc.). Water will be made available to all attendees at no charge.

What are the options for parking?

If you are planning to park a vehicle on Saturday or Sunday, pre-paid parking passes are required. All attendees who wish to park on Saturday or Sunday must have a separate parking pass for each day per car (so, if you have tickets to attend Saturday and Sunday, you would need two parking passes for a single car.) Parking is included for VIP ticket holders; if you have a VIP ticket for a given day then you don’t need an additional parking pass for that day. Parking passes must be purchased in advance.

Tickets for the Friday event include parking; no additional parking passes are required for Friday.

Note that parking along nearby roads including Route 213 and Route 209 will not be permitted.

How accessible is the venue for attendees with mobility issues?

For attendees with valid permits, we will have designated ADA parking within a short distance (approx. 200 feet) of the performance area. ADA-compliant portable bathrooms will also be available. Keep in mind that the venue is a working apple orchard, and while there are no stairs, the event will be held on grass and some ground surfaces may not be perfectly even or flat.

What should I bring?

We recommend that you bring something to sit on, like a blanket (6’x8’ or smaller) or a portable chair. Other items you might considering bringing include sunscreen, bug spray, and a hat. Food and drink will be available for purchase, but if you like you can also bring a cooler (soft-sided only, and no outside alcohol permitted). Please note the list of permitted and prohibited items listed below.

Are dogs allowed?

We love your pups but unfortunately dogs are not allowed. Meadowlark only allows ADA recognized service animals trained specifically to assist a person with disabilities. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted at the event. If you have a certified service animal, you will be required to have your service animal with you at all times. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.

Is camping allowed?

Camping passes are not available for purchase at this year’s event. There will be very limited camping available for a handful of festival volunteers. If you’re interested in volunteering, please contact us.
